Quality Assurance Officer

About the role

The Quality Assurance Officer will act as the management representative for internal and external audits, ensuring that all processes comply with client, legal and regulatory requirements. This role oversees the document control system, maintains the department’s records, and drives continuous improvement across quality and compliance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and develop quality management systems and controls.
• Lead internal and external audits, acting as the appointed management representative.
• Maintain the customer service document control system, library, and departmental directories.
• Develop, review, and update procedures, policies, databases, and spreadsheets to assess compliance.
• Manage the department compliance register and cascade requirements to relevant staff.
• Collaborate with corporate teams, auditors, and service providers on compliance and ISO requirements.
• Provide guidance on management system issues and prepare compliance summary reports.
• Conduct training to raise environmental awareness.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of ISO standards and management system audits.
• Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and guide operational teams.
