Quality Auditor II

About the role

The Quality Auditor II supports V2X operations in Kuwait, performing high‑volume audits of program procedures, Statements of Work and other governing documents. The role ensures compliance with the Performance Work Statement and ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled audits/surveillances across functional and operational areas, with frequent travel to military bases and local establishments.
• Monitor program compliance with the PWS and ISO 9001:2015 QMS.
• Assist in root‑cause analysis and develop corrective/preventive action plans; perform follow‑up audits and verify corrective action reports.
• Maintain a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm and prepare audit reports on a continuous basis.
• Provide mentorship to Quality Auditor I and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High School Diploma; ISO 9001:2015 Auditor certification (or obtain within 90 days).
• Valid driver’s license (origin country and Kuwait).
• Minimum 5 years experience in contracting/DOD environment and 3‑5 years auditing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and familiarity with FAR, DoD, Army Regulations, Technical Bulletins and Technical Manuals.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, and think logically when reviewing contractual documents such as PWS and SOW.
