About the role

We are seeking a professional and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Hamad Clinic. The role involves being the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front‑desk experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area, greet patients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide basic information about clinic services.
  • Maintain orderly records and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in reception and customer service.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Transferable residency status in Kuwait.
