About the role
SWISH Group is looking for a motivated Restaurant Supervisor to lead daily operations at its Kuwait City outlet. You will ensure smooth service delivery, uphold brand standards, and support a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coach restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Coordinate daily operational activities, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in scheduling, inventory checks, and basic reporting.
Required profile
- Currently residing in Kuwait.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
- Proven experience supervising restaurant staff.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
