Retail Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Associate to represent our brand and drive sales within the store. You will deliver exceptional customer service, maintain visual standards, and ensure smooth store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist them in product selection, and convert browsers into buyers.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to encourage repeat purchases.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all brand offerings for effective suggestive selling.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines and stock norms.
• Handle POS transactions, process payments (cash, credit, vouchers), and manage cash till balances.
• Record inventory movements and generate related reports.
• Adhere to store security, loss‑prevention policies, and confidentiality of sales data.
• Work flexible shifts, including extended hours during sales periods.

• Strong product knowledge and attention to minimizing stock loss.
