RN Flex Team

About the role

The Registered Nurse Flex Team position at Baptist Health provides safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care during night shifts. Working from 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., the RN will apply the nursing process and Baptist Health training while floating across specialties or campuses within a 50‑mile radius.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver patient care that is safe, therapeutic, and compassionate.
• Utilize the nursing process and Baptist Health training programs.
• Demonstrate clinical competence and critical thinking in all assignments.
• Float within your primary specialty or to other campuses up to 50 miles away.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to staffing standards.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse in good standing in the state of Arkansas.
• Minimum 18 months of RN experience and at least 1 year in the specialty applied for.
• BSN preferred.
• Willingness to work night shifts and float as needed.
• Healthcare CPR certification required.
