About the role

Join Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle as a Sales Associate and be the face of our retail stores. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting store operations and sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Champion customer service standards in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines.
• Understand customer needs and ensure prompt, professional resolution of concerns, escalating to the Store Manager when necessary.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through creative selling techniques.
• Utilise thorough product knowledge to up‑sell and cross‑sell, enhancing overall sales performance.
• Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, tidiness and stock replenishment.
• Comply with store security policies to minimise stock loss.
• Apply advanced selling skills to generate high‑value transactions and foster repeat business.
• Assist customers in locating merchandise across Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands and stores.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• 1‑2 years of industry experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
