Sales Executive – B2B

About the role

The Sales Executive – B2B will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing corporate client relationships and overseeing the full sales cycle. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure seamless order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction across the Kuwait/GCC market.

Key responsibilities

• Support achievement of B2B sales, revenue and profitability targets through effective sales strategies.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads and acquire new corporate customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Manage day‑to‑day sales activities, including client visits, follow‑ups and opportunity conversion.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, contracts and tender submissions.
• Monitor personal sales pipeline, customer requirements and market opportunities, providing regular updates to management.
• Ensure high levels of customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues and supporting order processing.
• Collaborate with category, supply chain and operations teams to guarantee product availability and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports and documentation.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of B2B or project sales experience with a proven track record, preferably in consumer electronics or the commercial sector.
• Established network of architects, consultants and contractors in Kuwait/GCC.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong presentation abilities.
• Kuwait driving licence is mandatory.
