Sales Executive - Electronics (Co‑operatives)

About the role

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving electronics sales across co‑operative society outlets in Kuwait. You will ensure product visibility, manage relationships with purchase committees, and meet assigned sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for electronics products in assigned co‑operative outlets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with co‑operative purchase committees and management.
• Negotiate pricing, shelf space, and promotional activities.
• Take orders and coordinate timely delivery with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and placement of POS materials.
• Monitor competitor pricing, products, and promotional activity.
• Follow up on payment collection according to credit terms.
• Submit daily or weekly sales reports to management.
• Attend co‑operative purchase meetings and tenders as required.
• Resolve customer and outlet queries to maintain satisfaction and repeat business.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree; sales or electronics background preferred.
• 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably with co‑operative societies in Kuwait.
• Experience handling private‑label or private‑brand electronics products is a plus.
• Valid Kuwait driving license (mandatory).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Good product knowledge of electronics and appliances.
• Fluency in Arabic; English is an advantage.
