Sales Officer, DS2

About the role

The Sales Officer, DS2 supports the sales team by ensuring applications are processed accurately, monitoring compliance with KYC and operational standards, and providing administrative assistance. This role is based in Al Rashed, Kuwait, and works closely with senior management to maintain sales quality.

Key responsibilities

• Check all sales applications using the department system and log any deficiencies.
• Monitor and follow up on error logs, escalating trends to senior management.
• Distribute leads and referrals from CCC and LMS, updating the LMS with actions taken.
• Perform service quality follow‑up for KYC checks and ensure compliance with sales quality guidelines.
• Track declines, application deficiencies, and non‑activation of products to prevent fictitious sales.
• Add customers to the Civil Service Commission system to complete salary account processes.
• Process e‑loan applications, verify documentation, and forward originals to the appropriate department.
• Handle card processing through scanned‑card procedures and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Adhere to all operational guidelines and risk policies to minimize errors and fraud.
