Sales Promoter – Mobile Phones (Retail)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Promoter specialized in mobile phones to join our retail team in Kuwait. The role focuses on showcasing the latest smartphones and accessories, engaging customers, and driving sales to meet defined targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell mobile phones, smartphones and related accessories.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on budget and preferences.
• Demonstrate product features, specifications, pricing, offers and promotions.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest smartphones, technologies and competitor offerings.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Upsell and cross‑sell accessories such as cases, screen protectors, chargers and earphones.
• Keep product displays attractive and organized.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with the store team.
• Support overall store sales and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in mobile phone or consumer electronics retail sales preferred.
• Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in approaching and engaging customers.
• Ability to work immediately or within 30 days of hiring.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of smartphones, mobile specifications and accessories.
