Sales Relationship Consultant

About the role

The Sales Relationship Consultant is responsible for developing new prospects and nurturing existing customers to drive sales of the retailer’s products and services. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain strong relationships by exceeding customer expectations.
• Answer inquiries by phone and direct callers to the appropriate person.
• Promote awareness of all available products and services.
• Resolve complaints sensitively and involve additional resources when needed.
• Address customer hesitation and resistance.
• Calculate cost allowances, financing costs, and down payments to determine vehicle pricing.
• Document and register all vehicle transaction details accurately.
• Conduct a memorable hand‑over experience for customers.
• Network through referrals and follow‑up prospecting calls.
• Capture prospect information and maintain a prospect database.
• Communicate periodically with customers to sustain positive relationships.
• Follow the Order‑to‑Delivery process to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
• 2‑4 years of experience in sales or a customer‑facing role.
• Bilingual with strong command of English and Arabic.
• Problem‑solving ability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑oriented and enjoys interacting with people.
• High level of selling and convincing skills.
• Team player.
