About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Staff to join the Below 2 team at Reem Mall in Fahaheel, Kuwait. The role is full‑time and involves direct interaction with customers, promoting products and delivering a high‑quality shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the sales floor is tidy and inviting.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash or card payments.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets set by the store manager.
• Provide after‑sales support and address customer inquiries promptly.

Required profile

• Any nationality with a transferable visa for Kuwait.
• Strong communication abilities and a customer‑service mindset.
• Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Effective verbal communication.
• Basic numeracy for handling transactions.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
