SAP Supply Chain Lead – End-to-End S/4HANA Implementation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Lead to drive the design and implementation of end‑to‑end supply chain and manufacturing processes on SAP S/4HANA for a large‑scale transformation program in Kuwait. The role will be based onsite, working closely with business stakeholders while collaborating with regional and offshore delivery teams in a hybrid model.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full S/4HANA supply chain workstream (Explore, Realize, Deploy, Hypercare) including fit‑gap analysis, blueprinting, configuration, testing and cut‑over planning.
• Design and implement Production Planning (PP) and Detailed Scheduling, MRP, demand and capacity planning, BOMs, routings, work centers and production versions.
• Integrate manufacturing with Procurement (MM) and inventory/warehouse processes, defining material master, valuation and stock optimisation strategies.
• Enable shop‑floor execution, real‑time production tracking and logistics optimisation across plants.
• Support procurement planning, forecasting and overall supply chain visibility improvements.

Required profile

• 9‑15 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA supply chain, manufacturing and procurement implementations.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale SAP projects in a consulting or industry environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with excellent stakeholder management skills.
