Seller Support Executive

About the role

The Seller Support Executive is responsible for onboarding and managing marketplace sellers across assigned verticals. The role ensures a seamless transition from content management and SKU upload to platform support and operational setup, driving both sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategy with senior buyers to meet sales and profit targets.
• Maintain a fresh assortment by regularly updating brands, products, and agencies.
• Collaborate with merchandising to update digital planograms and optimize inventory display.
• Implement promotional strategies, monitor effectiveness, and adjust tactics as needed.
• Oversee order and replenishment processes for both 1P and 3P sellers, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
• Support new product development and sourcing initiatives in line with senior buyer guidance.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity, producing automated reports for sellers.
• Work closely with service and support teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years retail experience with at least 4 years in category or seller management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Strong analytical ability and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven relationship‑building and operational leadership capabilities.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
• Familiarity with the MIRAKL marketplace platform (preferred).
