Senior Accountant – Kuwait (Local Hiring)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Kuwait. This position is open to local candidates only and offers the opportunity to manage a full spectrum of accounting functions within a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present accurate financial statements and reports.
• Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Maintain compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
• Oversee payroll processing, account reconciliations, and month‑end close activities.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounting and financial management.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Ability to work independently on payroll, reconciliations, and audits.
• Experience in the food & beverage industry is an advantage.
• Local residency in Kuwait.
