Senior Digital Project Manager

About the role

As a Senior Digital Project Manager you will lead a flagship, high‑visibility digital transformation programme for a major public‑sector client in Kuwait. You will oversee the migration of legacy e‑services into a unified, mobile‑first ecosystem that includes enterprise web portals, mobile applications and an AI‑driven solution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery phases, draft and secure sign‑off on business, system and customer requirement documents.
• Translate client mandates into technical user stories, API integration blueprints and functional specifications for web, mobile and AI micro‑services.
• Partner with enterprise architects on Microsoft Azure (including Azure Government Cloud) to ensure data sovereignty, zero‑trust security and containerised deployment.
• Oversee UI/UX workflows in Figma, ensuring wireframes and prototypes meet WCAG accessibility standards and branding guidelines.
• Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycles for portal rebuilds, iOS/Android app rollouts and AI model integration.
• Run hybrid governance (Agile for product development, Waterfall for milestones, procurement and budget compliance) while monitoring risks, SLAs and performance metrics.

Required profile

• 8+ years of progressive IT/digital transformation experience, with at least 5 years leading large‑scale portal, mobile and system‑integration projects.
• Proven delivery of digital initiatives for public‑sector clients in Kuwait or the broader GCC region.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• Experience with GCC data‑privacy laws, cybersecurity frameworks and national e‑KYC standards.

Required skills

• Microsoft Azure, Azure Government Cloud and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• RESTful APIs, micro‑services architecture and enterprise CMS platforms.
• React Native, Flutter, native iOS and Android development frameworks.
• Figma for UI/UX design and WCAG accessibility compliance.
• AI technologies such as LLM agents, conversational AI, NLP‑driven search and RPA.
• VAPT, UAT and operational readiness testing.
