Senior Financial Analyst – Kuwait

About the role

Iron Mountain is looking for a motivated Senior Financial Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning for its Kuwait operations. You will provide strategic financial insights that shape leadership decisions and support business growth across the MENAT region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning processes for Kuwait operations, performing monthly variance analysis.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for scenario analysis, investment evaluation, cost optimisation and pricing strategies.
• Analyse revenue, costs, profitability and KPIs, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual management reports for senior leadership.
• Partner with operations, sales and regional finance teams to drive performance tracking and informed decision‑making.
• Ensure data accuracy while continuously improving reporting processes, dashboards and financial workflows.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A or corporate finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; CPA or similar certification is a plus.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic and knowledge of GCC markets are advantageous.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel financial modelling.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or NetSuite.
• Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
