Senior Implementation Engineer – Storage Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Implementation Engineer specialized in Storage Solutions to join a leading IT and Digital Transformation firm in Kuwait. The role involves designing, deploying and supporting enterprise‑grade storage platforms for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of Dell EMC storage solutions including PowerStore, PowerMax, Unity XT, PowerScale (Isilon) and ECS/Object Storage.
• Design and execute SAN/NAS architectures, storage migrations, replication, disaster‑recovery and high‑availability configurations.
• Configure and manage Fibre Channel SAN fabrics, zoning and Cisco MDS or Brocade switches.
• Integrate storage with VMware vSphere/vCenter, Microsoft Hyper‑V, Windows and Linux environments.
• Develop high‑level and low‑level design documents, SOPs, migration plans and as‑built documentation.
• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• 6‑8+ years of experience in enterprise storage implementation and administration.
• 4+ years of hands‑on experience with Dell Technologies storage platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Relevant Dell certifications (e.g., Storage Deployment Engineer, PowerStore Implementation) are highly preferred.
