Server Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Server Specialist to join our fast‑growing restaurant management company. You will be responsible for the design, implementation and day‑to‑day operation of the IT server infrastructure that powers our multi‑site restaurant network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain server infrastructure supporting restaurant operations across all locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve server‑related incidents quickly to minimise downtime.
• Monitor performance metrics and plan/execute necessary upgrades.
• Collaborate with restaurant managers to understand and fulfil IT requirements.
• Ensure data security, backup procedures and compliance with security protocols.
• Assist with IT setup for new restaurant openings.
• Provide training and support to staff on IT systems.
• Document processes and create user manuals as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in server management.
• Strong understanding of networking and security protocols.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with restaurant management systems is a plus.
