Service Crew

About the role

The Service Crew member delivers sales and top‑level customer service in a fast‑paced restaurant environment. You will greet guests, prepare orders, and support store operations while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, attentive guest service and ensure a warm greeting within 5 seconds at the front counter and drive‑thru.
• Follow the "Always Fresh" procedure to keep coffee and products fresh and accurate.
• Prepare menu items according to operational standards, monitor order accuracy, and record product temperatures.
• Maintain a clean, organized front counter and dining area, including proper hand‑washing and sanitation practices.
• Handle cash, credit, vouchers, and automatic debits; issue receipts, refunds, and change accurately.
• Execute service recovery promptly for any guest concerns.
• Participate in store meetings, follow all restaurant policies, and report health‑and‑safety incidents.

• Ability to work efficiently with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to apologize and resolve guest complaints.
• Commitment to following safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
