Site Coordinator – Facilities Management

About the role

The Site Coordinator will oversee daily facility operations, ensuring health and safety standards, managing supplier relationships, and supporting Nestlé‑aligned office guidelines. This role acts as the primary point of contact for all facility‑related matters, both internal and external, while driving sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own site‑level budget, forecast utility, consumable, and service costs, and track company assets.
• Issue purchase requests, purchase orders, and goods receipts for facility services.
• Manage lease payments, monitor contract terms, and liaise with landlords.
• Lead small capital projects such as minor refurbishments and office moves.
• Ensure compliance with local health‑and‑safety regulations and Nestlé standards.
• Monitor landlord deliverables, including maintenance, repairs, and fire safety.
• Coordinate workplace communications and promote sustainability targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost tracking.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and lease administration.
• Good understanding of health‑and‑safety requirements and sustainability practices.
