Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager leads, directs, and optimizes daily field operations across core service verticals such as pest control, AC/HVAC maintenance, and cleaning services. Reporting to the General Manager, the role ensures service delivery, team productivity, quality assurance, SLA compliance, and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability.
• Supervise Operations Supervisors, conduct performance reviews, set KPI targets and identify training needs.
• Oversee daily scheduling, route planning, job dispatching and resource allocation to maximize team utilization.
• Manage emergency dispatch processes for urgent calls and act as primary escalation point for high‑profile clients.
• Standardize SOPs across all services and implement continuous audit and site‑inspection frameworks.
• Control operational budgets, inventory levels, fleet logistics, fuel consumption and maintenance schedules.
• Track client feedback, CSAT scores and root causes for service rework, implementing corrective action plans.
• Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal requirements are met and prepare annual performance reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facility Management or related field; MEP experience preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive operational management experience in facility management, property services or technical contracting.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑disciplinary field teams.
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution and team‑building capabilities.
• High analytical ability to identify bottlenecks and execute process improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting to executive leadership and presenting to clients.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; English required, Arabic preferred; valid driving license.
