Social Media Content Creator – Fashion & Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are hiring a full‑time Fashion Content & Marketing Specialist to own SUIT’s visual content and social marketing end‑to‑end, from shooting and editing to daily publishing and paid campaigns. This behind‑the‑camera role focuses on producing and directing content without appearing on camera.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot and edit photo and video content for new collections, including studio, lifestyle, flat‑lay and fabric detail.
• Design feed posts, stories, reels and campaign graphics, and manage the monthly content calendar.
• Run paid Meta campaigns on Instagram and Facebook, coordinate influencer collaborations and seasonal campaigns.
• Upload product imagery and copy to Shopify and deliver weekly performance reports.

Required profile

• 2+ years producing content for a fashion or retail brand, with a portfolio of managed accounts.
• Excellent written Arabic in Gulf dialect and good English.
• Valid Kuwait residency that is transferable, or Kuwaiti nationality.

Required skills

• Video editing tools: CapCut, Adobe Premiere or After Effects.
• Design tools: Canva (professional level) or Photoshop.
• Meta Ads Manager for building campaigns.
• Shopify e‑commerce platform.
• Professional camera operation (Sony or Canon).
