Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Kuwait City, responsible for overseeing Q Studio’s presence across key social media platforms. The role involves planning and executing campaigns, managing daily posting schedules, and optimizing content to boost reach, engagement, and follower growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and execute social media campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
• Manage daily posting schedules, write captions, and curate stories and reels.
• Collaborate with photography and videography teams to source visual assets.
• Monitor performance analytics, respond to messages and comments, and report insights.
• Coordinate collaborations, influencer partnerships, and ensure alignment with broader marketing goals.

Required profile

• Strong Social Media Marketing and SMO experience, with a track record of growing online communities.
• Excellent communication and writing skills for crafting engaging captions.
• Ability to plan content calendars, adapt strategies based on performance data, and work collaboratively in a team.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and basic knowledge of analytics tools.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an asset.
• On‑site availability in Kuwait City and professional reliability.
