Solution Architecture Specialist

About the role

The Solution Architecture Specialist will design secure, scalable, and compliant IT solutions for a banking environment. You will work across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid infrastructures, ensuring alignment with business, security, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design and document IT solutions that meet business, security, infrastructure, and regulatory standards.
• Lead infrastructure initiatives involving Microsoft, Red Hat, IBM, Oracle and other technology providers.
• Collaborate with Security, Compliance and Operations teams to guarantee system resilience and governance.
• Support infrastructure standardisation, hardening, automation and disaster‑recovery planning.
• Assist in risk assessments, audits and data‑center implementations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or Information Systems.
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or operations, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft AD, Group Policy, DNS, Exchange, Windows Server and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Hands‑on experience with OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tooling and Helm charts.
• Understanding of infrastructure security controls, PCI DSS compliance and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
