System Administrator

About the role

The System Administrator will work on‑site in Al Asimah, Kuwait, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of the company’s IT infrastructure. You will support internal teams, manage servers and workstations, and drive continuous improvement of IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end users.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, and Azure resources.
• Maintain and monitor virtualization environments (VMware or Hyper‑V) and firewall/network infrastructure.
• Implement and oversee backup solutions, ensuring successful backup and restore operations.
• Handle user onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate IT documentation and asset records.
• Monitor system performance, resolve infrastructure incidents, and ensure smooth handover of existing IT environment within 1–2 months.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in system administration and IT technical support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Professional certifications such as MCSE are preferred.
