Stock Controller

About the role

The Stock Controller will oversee the receipt, verification, and recording of all product shipments, ensuring accurate stock movement and timely distribution to Skindollize’s retail locations in Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Receive shipments from suppliers and verify products against invoices, packing lists, and purchase orders.
• Count, inspect, and record all received products accurately in the ERP or inventory system.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, excess, or incorrectly delivered items.
• Update stock receipts, transfers, adjustments, and other movements in the system.
• Prepare and distribute stock to stores based on approved transfer requests and replenishment needs.
• Coordinate with store teams to confirm accurate receipt of transferred products.
• Monitor stock levels, sales trends, inventory turnover, and product availability.
• Arrange timely stock replenishment to minimise stock‑outs and excess inventory.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and inventory audits at the warehouse and stores.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain an organised warehouse, ensuring safe and efficient product storage.
• Monitor product batches, expiry dates, damaged items, testers, samples, and promotional products.
• Prepare stock reports, discrepancy reports, transfer documents, and inventory analyses.
• Support stock planning for promotions, product launches, campaigns, and seasonal activities.
• Maintain product files, invoices, shipment documents, certificates, and inventory records.
• Coordinate product‑related administrative work with suppliers, stores, and internal departments.
• Monitor office and operational supplies and arrange replenishment when required.
• Handle emails, calls, documentation, and other administrative tasks professionally.
• Support the development and implementation of effective inventory‑control procedures.
• Perform other stock‑control and administrative duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Ability to work closely with warehouse, retail, procurement, and management teams.
• Strong organisational skills to maintain accurate stock records and a tidy warehouse.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an ERP or inventory management system.
