Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager leads the retail outlet to achieve company sales objectives while delivering exceptional customer service. You will oversee daily operations, motivate staff, and ensure the store reflects brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and coach staff to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and fashion trends to minimize stock loss.
• Implement operating procedures and ensure compliance with brand and company policies.
• Apply creative techniques to exceed sales goals and manage stock levels.
• Conduct weekly audits of store administration and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage staff rosters, leave requests and grievance handling.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards at all times.
• Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program to drive repeat sales.
• Provide regular feedback to the Area Manager on employee performance and product issues.
• Ensure store security vigilance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Oversee end‑to‑end store operations, including stockroom management and heavy lifting tasks.

Required profile

• Fashionable, well‑groomed appearance with strong product knowledge.
• Physically fit to stand for extended periods and handle heavy lifting.
• Ability to lead a team, manage schedules and address staff concerns.
• Strong awareness of security and loss‑prevention practices.
