Territory Manager – Logistics Sales

About the role

The Territory Manager will be the primary sales contact for DHL in the assigned Kuwaiti territory. You will be responsible for growing the customer base, protecting existing business, and ensuring that DHL maintains its market leadership through strong relationships and effective sales execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of prospects and existing customers, building strong relationships to understand and meet their needs.
• Establish customer agreements, apply pricing guidelines, and meet profitability targets.
• Review customer pricing regularly and renegotiate when volume discrepancies arise.
• Develop and implement strategies to win business from competitors and new prospects quickly.
• Maintain a prospect pipeline and target accounts to maximize market penetration.
• Create and follow a personal sales plan and call cycle to achieve volume and profitability targets.
• Communicate customer information to the sales team and update sales systems for internal visibility.
• Monitor customer performance, loyalty, and satisfaction, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Represent DHL’s brand and values in all interactions.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage a sales portfolio and develop customer relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills to establish agreements and adjust pricing.
• Experience in creating and executing personal sales plans.
• Capability to monitor customer performance and address issues promptly.
• Excellent communication with both external customers and internal teams.
