About the role

The Therapy Area Representative will drive data‑driven field engagement and deliver tailored omnichannel interactions to healthcare professionals. This role focuses on promoting compliant, high‑quality product messaging that aligns with brand strategy and therapeutic area priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Execute data‑driven field engagement and deliver personalized omnichannel interactions using digital tools.
• Promote products in a compliant manner, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and therapeutic priorities.
• Act as a trusted partner to healthcare professionals by communicating clinical evidence, product value, and appropriate use.
• Leverage “next best action” insights and digital platforms to maximize engagement impact and execution excellence.
• Capture and share field insights on customer needs, market dynamics, and competitor activity to inform strategy and territory planning.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally while operating in full compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and local regulations.

Required profile

• Degree or education in a relevant discipline.
• Solid understanding of the Kuwait market is preferred.
• Proven ability to execute omnichannel stakeholder journeys effectively.
• Demonstrated successful performance track record.
• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Excellent external stakeholder engagement and relationship‑management capabilities.
• Ability to incorporate digital and AI tools into daily work.
