Utility Engineer – Port & Terminal Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Utility Engineer to join Egis in Kuwait City. The role focuses on designing, installing, maintaining and optimizing utility systems that support our port and terminal infrastructure, ensuring reliable and efficient operation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, install and maintain electrical, water, HVAC and other utility systems across port and terminal facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections and diagnostic assessments to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimise downtime.
• Troubleshoot system failures and coordinate timely repairs with maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with local, regional and international safety standards and regulations.
• Monitor system performance using SCADA and other monitoring tools.
