Warehouse Keeper

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Keeper to join our logistics team in Al Rai, Kuwait. The role involves handling incoming and outgoing goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a safe, organized storage environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and inspect deliveries, checking against delivery notes or purchase orders and reporting damages or shortages.
• Store products following safety guidelines and FIFO principles, labeling and marking stock appropriately.
• Conduct regular stock counts, update digital inventory systems and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare orders for dispatch, pack, label and release items for delivery or internal use.
• Keep the warehouse clean, follow safety procedures and report any hazards.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks, verify merchandise and manage documentation.
• Organize, retrieve and relocate stock on racks, shelves or bins according to standards.
• Communicate errors or discrepancies to relevant parties promptly.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent education.
• 2‑5 years of experience in a warehouse, store or logistics environment.
• Fluent in Arabic or English.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Availability for flexible shifts and immediate start.
• Kuwait residency.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy.
• Familiarity with inventory software such as SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
