Warehouse & Operation Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse & Operation Supervisor will lead daily warehouse activities at our Shuwaikh facility, ensuring efficient handling of construction materials. This full‑time, on‑site position requires coordinating staff, managing inventory, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse personnel, allocate tasks and monitor performance.
• Organise inbound and outbound material flows, including loading and unloading.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee storage of construction products.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality regulations.
• Support order processing, dispatch and coordination with logistics and operations teams.
• Analyse operational metrics, identify improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
• Facilitate training and development of warehouse staff.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory and team‑leadership abilities.
• Solid experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably within construction materials or trading.
• Analytical mindset for tracking performance and solving issues.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with staff, suppliers and management.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field is an advantage.
