Warehouse Site Selection Manager

About the role

Keemart is expanding its overseas retail footprint and seeks a Warehouse Site Selection Manager to lead the identification and acquisition of optimal warehouse locations across the GCC region. The role combines market research, on‑site evaluation, and strategic negotiation to support the company’s logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth research on the industrial real‑estate market across GCC countries and provide site‑selection insights.
• Lead on‑site visits and due‑diligence for shortlisted warehouse locations, assessing infrastructure, land‑use planning, and operational feasibility.
• Negotiate lease terms, land‑acquisition solutions, and partnership models with local developers and government authorities.
• Collaborate with operations, transportation, finance, and other internal teams to align site‑selection decisions with the overall logistics strategy.
• Continuously monitor policy, regulatory, and economic developments in the GCC and assess their impact on site selection.
• Manage the full project timeline from initial screening to final delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics site selection, commercial real estate, or supply‑chain network planning.
• Middle‑East (GCC) experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills; fluency in English preferred.

Required skills

• Strong data‑analysis capabilities and experience building site‑selection scoring models.
• Familiarity with geospatial or logistics data and GIS tools.
• Experience with network‑optimization software or advanced data‑analytics platforms.
