Workshop Manager – Industrial Services & Engineering

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our industrial repair and maintenance facility. The role combines strong technical knowledge with operational leadership to ensure high productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day workshop operations, including Hydraulics and Chroming sections.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate repair, maintenance, and fabrication activities.
• Lead and develop technicians, machinists, fabricators, and service personnel.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to quality standards.
• Monitor inspection procedures and maintain quality control.
• Communicate project progress and delivery timelines with customers.
• Manage workshop equipment, tooling, and inventory.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of industrial workshop experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial or senior supervisory role.
• Proven experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, or Industrial Service environments.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
