Architectural Foreman

About the role

The Architectural Foreman will lead and coordinate all architectural and finishing activities on site, ensuring that work progresses from blockwork to final handover with high quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate architectural and finishing works, including plastering, painting, façade finishing, insulation, and waterproofing.
• Receive, inspect, and verify finishing materials such as paints and related products.
• Monitor painting operations and all finishing stages in collaboration with the site engineer.
• Verify opening dimensions and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections and facilitate handover of completed works to internal or external consultants.
• Ensure all finishing works meet project quality, safety, and schedule requirements.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of proven experience as an Architectural Finishing Foreman or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of finishing trades, construction drawings, and quality‑control procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and deliver projects to a high standard within schedule.
