Barista – Customer-focused Coffee Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a passionate, customer‑focused Barista to become the friendly face of our coffee shop. In this role you will craft high‑quality espresso‑based drinks, guide customers through our coffee offerings, and help create memorable experiences with every cup.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to all customers.
- Explain and recommend coffee products, brewing equipment, and accessories.
- Prepare high‑quality espresso drinks, pour‑overs, and specialty beverages.
- Maintain expertise on coffee origins, brewing methods, and equipment features.
- Promote retail products and upsell complementary items.
Required profile
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in retail or hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
Required skills
- Espresso machine operation.
- Coffee brewing techniques.
