Barista – Full-Time Position in Kuwait City

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Kuwait City. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high‑quality beverages while delivering professional customer service in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, tea and other specialty drinks according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station and service area.
• Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale equipment accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Provide friendly, prompt service to ensure a positive guest experience.

Required profile

• Previous hospitality or customer‑service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest‑handling abilities.
• Presentable appearance with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ready to join immediately and currently residing in Kuwait.
• Local hiring from within the Kuwait market; transferable visa required.
