Barista – Healthy Drinks & Smoothies

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and customer‑focused Barista to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing a wide range of healthy beverages, from protein shakes and smoothies to fresh juices and specialty coffees, while delivering an exceptional experience to every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of beverages, including protein shakes, smoothies, fresh juices, specialty coffees, and other health‑focused drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Create custom beverage recipes and recommend products that match customers' health and fitness goals.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at the service counter and throughout the preparation area.
• Accurately take orders, handle cash transactions, and deliver orders promptly.
• Manage inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment, placing orders when needed.
• Operate POS systems and barista equipment such as espresso machines, blenders, and juicers efficiently.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a barista or in beverage preparation.
• Friendly personality with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for health, fitness, and delivering high‑quality drinks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with barista equipment (espresso machine, blender, juicer).
• Knowledge of health‑focused ingredients and beverage preparation techniques.
• Ability to operate a POS system.
