About the role
The Beauty Advisor represents the brand and drives sales through exceptional customer service and a strong retail experience. You will manage store presentation, handle POS transactions, and promote loyalty programs.
Key responsibilities
- Demonstrate makeup selling skills, recommend products, and convert window shoppers into buyers.
- Maintain visual standards, stock layout, and housekeeping while ensuring security and minimizing stock loss.
- Operate the POS system, process payments, issue receipts, and reconcile cash at shift start and end.
- Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program and record inventory movements.
Required profile
- Presentable, well‑groomed and able to work extended hours during sales or festival periods.
- Knowledge of a wide range of cosmetics products and accessories, with the ability to identify customer needs.
