About the role

The Beauty Advisor represents the brand and drives sales through exceptional customer service and a strong retail experience. You will manage store presentation, handle POS transactions, and promote loyalty programs.

Key responsibilities

Demonstrate makeup selling skills, recommend products, and convert window shoppers into buyers.
Maintain visual standards, stock layout, and housekeeping while ensuring security and minimizing stock loss.
Operate the POS system, process payments, issue receipts, and reconcile cash at shift start and end.
Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program and record inventory movements.

Required profile

Presentable, well‑groomed and able to work extended hours during sales or festival periods.
Knowledge of a wide range of cosmetics products and accessories, with the ability to identify customer needs.
