Branch Manager – Retail Fashion

About the role

Greige, Kuwait’s leading multi‑brand women’s fashion destination, is seeking a full‑time Branch Manager to lead its flagship store in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The role combines operational oversight with team development to ensure an exceptional customer experience and strong commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory control and compliance with company policies.
• Lead, schedule, train and coach the in‑store team, providing performance feedback and fostering a high‑service culture.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse branch KPIs and implement initiatives to meet revenue, profitability and customer‑experience targets.
• Collaborate with designers and head‑office teams on product assortment, in‑store events and promotional activities, ensuring brand standards are upheld.
• Handle cash management, loss prevention and ensure accurate reporting.

Required profile

• Proven retail management experience in fashion or lifestyle environments, preferably in boutique or multi‑brand settings.
• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities, with a track record of developing teams.
• Solid understanding of store operations, inventory control, merchandising and cash handling.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with sales reports and KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Willingness to work onsite full‑time with flexibility for peak hours, weekends and events.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management or Marketing.
