Burger & Sandwich Maker and Indian Cook – Full‑Time Positions

About the role

We are expanding our cafe‑cum‑restaurant team in Salmiya, Kuwait and are looking for experienced kitchen staff to join us on a full‑time basis. The opening includes positions for a burger and sandwich maker as well as an Indian cuisine cook.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble burgers, sandwiches, and related menu items following standard recipes.
• Cook Indian dishes, ensuring authentic taste and proper presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area.
• Coordinate with front‑of‑house staff to ensure timely service.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience for burger and sandwich making.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Indian cuisine preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Required skills

• Food preparation and cooking techniques relevant to the role.
• Knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation practices.
