About the role
Future Kid is looking for a reliable Cashier to join its retail team in Kuwait City. The position involves processing customer purchases, handling cash and electronic payments, and delivering friendly service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments while maintaining register balances.
- Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers, answering queries and resolving minor issues.
- Ensure the checkout area is tidy and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Follow company cash‑handling policies and perform end‑of‑day cash reconciliation.
- Work scheduled shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer‑service role.
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Currently residing in Kuwait.
Required skills
- Proficiency with POS systems.
