About the role
Grand Hyatt Kuwait is seeking a passionate Chef De Cuisine to lead Liberté, a modern brasserie located in the 360 Mall. The role involves hands‑on leadership and ensuring smooth, efficient day‑to‑day operations of this all‑day eatery.
Required profile
- Proven experience as Chef De Cuisine in brasserie‑style restaurants.
- Strong people‑management and communication abilities to inspire a high‑energy team.
- Enthusiastic about food trends and capable of delivering innovative culinary experiences.
- Pre‑opening experience in large hotel operations is a plus.
