About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Chief Talent Officer to lead our talent acquisition and management initiatives. In this senior position you will shape recruitment strategies, develop succession plans and partner with senior leadership to align talent with business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and execute a talent recruitment strategy for senior‑level hires.
- Coordinate recruitment events and network with prospective candidates.
- Design and manage employee training and development programs.
- Develop long‑term succession plans and internal promotion policies.
- Oversee onboarding processes and continuously assess hiring needs.
- Collaborate with team leaders to evaluate performance and create improvement plans.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of HR best practices and recruitment strategies.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Experience with performance management software.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems.
