Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Officer will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for Mohamed N. Al Hajery and Sons Co. LTD, ensuring the company attracts and hires the best talent for its various departments. This role combines strategic planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding to support the organization’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the annual manpower plan with all departments and verify hiring requests against the budget.
• Create accurate job postings from OD‑provided descriptions and publish them on job boards and social media.
• Source passive candidates through headhunting, networking, and targeted searches.
• Schedule interviews, conduct phone, video, and face‑to‑face assessments, and evaluate candidate fit.
• Perform reference and background checks and facilitate skills or personality assessments.
• Extend offers, negotiate compensation, and manage a smooth onboarding process.
• Maintain recruitment records, metrics (time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, candidate satisfaction) and report to management.
• Conduct new‑employee orientation to introduce company culture and values.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR recruitment role.
• Strong accountability, attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
