Manager – Financial Controller

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Manager – Financial Controller to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and management reporting. The role works closely with senior management and key business functions to ensure financial control and support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process across all departments and consolidate budgets into company-wide financial plans.
• Develop long‑term financial plans, rolling forecasts, and perform budget vs. actual analysis with variance explanations.
• Support revenue, EBITDA, cash flow, and working capital targets while partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and HR.
• Evaluate operational initiatives, business cases, and investment proposals from a financial perspective.
• Conduct profitability analysis by product, customer, project, and business line.
• Monitor inventory, receivables, and payables to optimize working capital and support liquidity planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CMA or equivalent preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial controlling, planning, budgeting, or FP&A.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic at an expert level.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
