Director of Strategy, Institutional Performance & Emerging Technology

About the role
The Director of the Office of Strategy, Institutional Performance & Emerging Technology serves as the President’s closest strategic partner, ensuring that AIU’s RISE Strategy is operationalized, tracked, and delivered on time.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the execution cycle of the RISE Strategy, including KPI monitoring, quarterly performance reporting, Board reporting, and annual strategy review.
- Maintain and improve the institutional performance management framework using the Balanced Scorecard methodology.
- Scout, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies relevant to academic and administrative operations, acting as an innovation incubator.
- Coordinate with the university’s PMO and Special Projects teams to monitor strategic alignment and progress of major initiatives.
